fix(deploy): Bun 1.3-compatible lockfile and private registry mapping

- bun.lock was written by Bun 1.4 (lockfileVersion 2), which the deploy
  host's Bun 1.3.14 cannot parse, so it ignored the lockfile. Regenerated
  with Bun 1.3.14 (lockfileVersion 1) from the previous lockfile.
- Add .npmrc mapping @wrnexus to registry.workroot.in; without it bun
  resolved @wrnexus/* from registry.npmjs.org and failed with 402.
