- `$emit` is converted to `output.*` where safe.
- `@event` is converted to `outputs {}`.
- Parent `event.detail` handlers use `payload`.
- Explicit imports resolve without guessing ambiguous components.
- Existing layouts render.
- SSR and CSR behavior match the old application.
- A second migration run produces no source changes.
- Rollback restores the exact pre-migration application.
