fix: standardize stats, currency, and CTAs site-wide

Resolve site-wide credibility/consistency bugs (audit A–E):

- Bug A: replace homepage pricing placeholder "Projects from $X,XXX"
  with the real "₹1,00,000" floor (matches Services Starter tier) in
  PricingTimelineBand.
- Bug C: standardize currency on ₹ — convert contact budget radios
  from $ to ₹ ranges (< ₹1L / ₹1L–₹5L / ₹5L–₹15L / ₹15L+).
- Bug B: adopt one canonical stat set everywhere — 20+ Projects ·
  11 Districts Deployed · 50,000+ Records Managed · 8+ Years Avg
  Experience. Applied to homepage stats counter + ProofNumbers band,
  /portfolio stats bar (removes "4 Specializations"), and /about grid.
  Counter now formats with en-IN grouping so 50,000+ renders correctly.
- Contact: delete the conflicting "200+ companies" claim.
- Bug E: standardize CTA wording — primary "Get my free proposal",
  secondary "See our work". Replaced "Get a free consultation",
  "Book a discovery call", "Schedule a Free Call", "Get Started",
  "Start a Project", "Get Quote", "Get my free consultation",
  "See case studies" across Home, Header, Services, Portfolio, Contact.
